GENERAL INFORMATION
Our Company's - TeleData Kft's - main tasks are to carry out the electronic processing and maintenance of the telephone subscribers' database and to produce it in the desired format. Based on customer demands, direct marketing lists are compiled from the data distributed by us (telephone directory database, Database of Hungarian Retail and Wholesale Trading Companies, etc.) and these lists can then be used for organising full-scale direct-mail and direct marketing promotions. Our mail-order service, which forwards 50-80 thousand consignments a year, also participates as necessary in these promotions.
We perform our activities on the basis of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 quality assurance system, attestation of which was obtained in 2000 and has been re-validated on a regular basis ever since.
We are a member of several professional organisations, such as the Chamber of Hungarian Database Distributors, and the Direct Marketing Association, and all the personal data is handled in the manner and form specified by the data protection commissioner.
